Session starts Saturday January 13, 2018 - This is a FREE and OPEN HOUSE day for anyone that you want to bring with you to try it out! Free Running Day for anyone who wants to join us for a 3K/5K in Manotick!
All members will start as a group on Wednesday January 17, 2018!
When do we meet?
Wednesday evenings at 6pm (tempo & hill training) - Location TBD
Saturday mornings at 7am (endurance runs) 7:00am - Higher Grounds Cafe in the Manotick Mews
We choose local and destination events with each Run Club season! All are welcome, however not required to participate in any of the formal races.
This year we have chosen to go to Around the Bay (March 25), Ottawa Race Weekend (May 26) and destination TBD.
Anything you are training for, whether it be general fitness or a full marathon, we'd love to help you!
