WHAT: Intro to inStride Run Club. 3k, 5k & 10K distance runs and coffee tailgate!!
All registered members will start as a group on Wednesday Jan 16 and Saturday Jan 19 for Saturday Only!
When do we meet?
Wednesday evenings at 6pm (tempo & hill training)
Saturday mornings at 6/7am (endurance runs)
We choose local and destination events with each Run Club season! All are welcome, however not required to participate in any of the formal races.
Anything you are training for, whether it be general fitness or a full marathon, we'd love to help you!
