Join us this Winter for our 20 week training program and our 16 week training program.

Run Club would start Saturday January 7, 2017 (20 Weeks) and Saturday February 4, 2017 (16 Weeks) . Wednesday evenings at 6pm (tempo & hill training) and Saturday mornings at 7am (endurance runs). We meet on Saturday Mornings at The French Cafe in Manotick and Wednesday evenings at Greco - Manotick location.
We choose a destination event with each Run Club season. With the 20 week schedule we will be training for "Around The Bay Race". All are welcome, however not required to participate in the destination races.
We also have runners who do a handful of Spring races - Ottawa Race Weekend etc.
Anything you are training for, whether it be general fitness or a half marathon, we'd love to help you!
